Does anyone have a PSpice model for a "Bus Hold" circuit? IBIS models
exist but I cannot convert them to something my OrCAD PSpice can use.

Try looking at www.intusoft.com , there's an IBIS to SPICE model converter.
IIRC PSpice Parts can also convert IBIS to SPICE (But is somewhat limited).
