Hello to all,
I would appreciate any help with finding a solution to this problem.
Bored with the dashboard in my car I am designing yet another new version. This time I intend to replace the normal push button switches with "touch switches". Essentially just a proximity switch in the dash.
The problem I have is that they are non-locking by design. I need to be able to "touch" the sensor, to power a relay (for the car lights etc) and to stay in that state until it is touched again, to power off the circuit.
I think I'm missing something obvious. What could I possibly use between the sensor and the relay that would do the job ?
Any advice welcome !:
