Problem with cctv cameras with a modulator in a home situation killing my BB cable

Sorry about the partial post, who knows what happened. I have a
modulator and a quad processor. It works fine except that it kills my
broadband cable connection. The connection doesn't directly feed into
the broadband cable. The cable from the pole goes into a splitter and
the broadband cable is one output and the rest of the house is the
other outlet, that is then ran into another splitter that picks up the
modulator and then sends it into the whole house. Any ideas?

Just one - a splitter isn't an isolator.
