I have made a triangle wave generator in Proteus but my circuit gives not output.
I have also tried different values of R2 and C1 but still no output.
    my input voltage is 12V.

I want my output wave frequency to be around 10 kHz

That circuit should work. What are you connecting to the two voltage input points (top end of R5, and pin 8 of the op-amp)? They should both be connected to your +12V supply.

If you can't get the circuit working, post the voltages on all pins of the op-amp.

Doesn't you circuit work in Proteus or in the real world?

I had some similar problem using EWB 5.1. But in the protoboard it worked fine

To know the state that the amps are stuck in.

Mount it in a protoboard or similar. It should work. That circuit is almost infallible.
