My CRT TV features image on the screen shake noises and sparking
on the kinescope circuit board after the TV heats up back to normal

What is the resolution?

every time this occurs the useful life of the crt tube cathodes and the boards is reducing? example: if tv would live 15 years without any problem this will decrease to 14.13 ...

You may have a dry joint, possibly around the (HT) fly-back circuitry of TV.
A trace (copper track) or board may have a crack.
Or it could be arcing from dust particles.
The interface connection (e.g. composite video) may be suspect.
I guess that you have opened the chassis cover, from your description of seeing 'sparking' on the PCB.
If not yet, then proceed (at your own risk) with caution.
Unplug all cables and connectors.
Open cover to access board.
Brush with clean soft-bristled paint-brush and blow, then vacuum the board and components.
Re-connect while exposed and look for arcing.
Take to service tech for checkup.
