That doesn't answer the question of which computer port will read the sensor.
Computer has USB port and Printer also have USB so I can connect printer into the USB port of computer

Sorry I didn't understand you're question

As I know computer have serial port, parallel port and USB port. I am using the usb port of computer and USB port of computer for communication

RS232 serial ports and parallel ports are rare or non-existent on most modern computers.
If you intend connecting the sensor via USB you will need to find one which has a USB output or else you will have to buy/build an interface to go between the sensor and the USB port.

That's fine. Now, of course, you'll have to write software for both the PC and the microcontroller. You may also need some electronics to interface the (unknown) sensor to the microcontroller. Good luck with the project.

What type of interface you'are talking

I think the output of the sensor will directly connect to the microcontroller.
