Powering the Leonardo Pro Micro

I looked at google and on arduino's site and I haven't found out whether or not I can power this thing with a 9v battery right into the micro usb port.

I see there are RAW, GND and VCC pins. Is this where it is powered?

You must sweet talk to google to get what you want...LOL!

Just in case though, I wouldn't put 9V on the USB plug... You can use Vin though. 7-12V recommended.

edited your post again bigone5500 just to make the conversation look sensible ;)

Ohhh and as Gryd3 said .... NEVER put anything other than 5V on a USB line
as one day you will forget what you have done and will kill a bit of gear
