Hello every one,
I am new in electronics and I need your help. i am trying to design a power supply where 220v (AC voltage) as source and this give me two output voltage: one output of 40 and 2nd of 5v for my MCU. i need a circuit diagram.

i will really appreciate your help. Thanks

So, the first thing you need in designing a power supply is to specify it, that is decide what its outputs need to supply. First question is how much current your loads require. The second is how well regulated they need to be.

5 A at each output voltage? That's 225 W output power.

actually I need 40V fixed 5A positive power supply regulator. thanks

by your own admission, you wont have the experience to build one .... a major project, not for beginners
you will be better off to buy one .... do some searching on eBay
