Hi I need to know what type of components I need. I am trying to switch on a heat emitter ceramic heater and an under tank heater both work at 50 hz and 230v . but the ceramic heater is rated at 150w and the under tank heater at 25w. What power rating should the resistors be ?? pls

I was going to try figure 9 of this datasheet

Use the circuit for 240V mains and it is almost certain that the loads are not significantly inductive.

Sorry, yeah, 1/4 Watt should be fine for the gate resistor(s). Here is a page that describes how to determine the power (it's very low)
