Power Mosfets

Hi;
Does anybody out there know where I can get a MTM15N50 or Equivelent
(hopefuly in Australia).
Its used on a Honda 2K/VA Generator Regulator Board.
Any help would be much appreciated as I dont seem to be able to find
these listed through any of my usual suppliers .You'd think Honda would have
some idea but are only interested in selling the whole board .

** That is an obsolete Motorola device, TO3 pack , 500 volt 15 amp.

Farnell have a similar device the IXTM24N50, TO3pack, 500 volt 24 amp.
