Hi, I really need some help here,

I am currently doing a thesis project where I have to control a motor precisely under load. I have a data acquisition board that has an analog output signal of +-10v (at an assuming minimal current). I NEED to purchase a power amplifier and power supply combo that can scale the +-10 volts to the voltage needed by the motor. Additionally I need it to be able to provide the necessary current (i.e. provide enough power). The motor consumes about 120W Watts peak at 38 volts max.

EVERYWHERE Ive searched they come up with servo amplifiers / motion controllers / analog servo controllers etc etc etc. A servo controller is not what I need. I already have a Data Acquisition board and a feedback transducer (LVDT), so am more than capable of controlling the motors by writing my own software in Labview.

So my question is, does anyone know a company that specialises in making high quality power amplifiers or this purpose?

    Cheers Jamie
