Pot lights in ceiling tiles

I don't know if this is the right new group or not It storta looks right.

I am redoing my kitchen in the basement. It has a hanging ceiling.

I want to put pot lights in the hanging ceiling tiles. I cannot seem to find
any pot lights at my local "Home depot" ~ Canada that go on the metal frame
of the hangers for the ceiling. In other words I don't want the once that
nail to the floor studs above.

I know you can do this because at work the Board room uses this. The lights
hang on the hanging ceiling metal runners and the light into the tile. I
don't want to use the type the nail in the studs of the floor joists above.
Does anyone know where you can get this type of thing.Or perhaps I'm missing
something at Home depot and else where I have looked.

Check out Halo 1499Ts, they're pretty much what you're looking for.
They're made by Cooper industries, and are widely available from
electrical wholesalers. There are much better ones, and much nicer
ones, but they are good basic work-horse lamps. You could also look at
Lucifer Lighting and Lightolier, although I think you'll pay over the
odds for domestic kit, that is much more commercial and high end level
stuff (at least, the Lucifers are).
