I have a problem with the positioning of the vertical track is a Div moved upwards and also their vertical position control can cover two or three at most p and does not cover all the travel.

Ah, that makes more sense.

My first suggestion would be to look at the connections to that control to make sure that none of them have failed.

Is it one of these?

I could not find the trick that component and the final output vertical.E CI hibrid 5081-3024 'can be repaired in scematics I saw that this is SMD transistor in darlington need to know how to open the case of ceramics.

I don't understand what you're saying.

The plastic cover on many hybrid circuits can be removed by prying on its edges where it's glued to the base/heatsink. Be careful not to slip tools inside though..
