    Hi All,

How do you find the poles and zeroes of a transfer function? See image attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chris

You know what a pole and a zero is? That's a prerequisite.
Then identify the values for s where the transfer function develops poles and zeroes.
Hint: To find the poles it helps to know how to find the zeros of a quadratic function.
