    In characteristics of Diode (PN Junction) ,when we draw a graph between forward voltage and forward current,the graph is first slowly increase then it is increase very fast. What is the reason behind that.

    You really should read up on junction diodes before you ask anyone to explain how they work. There is lots of information about this subject. To get you started, you must realize that junction diodes work on the diffusion principle instead of using an electric field to move charge carriers directly, as a resistor does. So read up on the diffusion principle and ask questions if you don't understand.
