Please Help (Steth o Tracer)

Please anyone out there, I have been given a steth-o-Tracer.
I would like to know if it works and what it works on.
Would anyone know of a manual or a copy of one that I can get to find out if this tool works.

In another post I saw someone (Blubio) I think had one but that person has not answered any requests. If possible I could really use one asap.

Steth-o-tracer

Man this site was and is the bomb. Within (2)Two weeks, You guys not only told me what it was but how to use it. I don't have the ground clamp, but the pics show an easy build, to make one. AND I found out this tool even works.
