Hi, a friend found this around the house (more specifically under their bed)
Just wondering if you guys might have any idea what it could be??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm 80% sure it's a toy and when the spring hits a metal contact it makes noise...

20% thinks it's made to look like a toy and it's a voice transmitter / spy bug!

    Have you got a jealous bf/husband? :p

How would the spring make contact? The pictures may not show it clearly but this originally had a plain black casing (the first 2pics show the internals), making contact with the (internal) springs impossible.

Clearly visible is a small speaker of sorts, suggesting a radio or similar. And although my electronic knowledge is quite limited I'm of the opinion that this device is very basic in nature. Thanks for any and all help you guys, looks like I came to the right place ☺

Well, that speaker could be a microphone, it's odd

I suggest pulling the batteries out and sticking it back under the bed! :)
