    Hello all,
I need a little advice here. I am qualified in electronics so I do understand the terminology, but I was going to create a device for a friend who needs to scan all medium frequencies.

The idea is it has to scan very fast through all frequencies, repeatedly, and keep the white noise heard..

Any ideas on how I can do this? Again he is another ghost hunter who in my opion is a idiot, but I promised him I would help him as much as I can, but he has to donate £50 to cancer charity.. Thats the deal.

    Can anyone help :)

again you havent given much info

"all the frequencies" ? be a bit more specific

there are plently of scanners on the market. find one with a range that suits your needs
You are NOT going to make one as cheap or cheaper than a purchased one
