planar vs finfet transistor

Anyone can help me for my final project. I have to prove that finfet is better than planar transistor by simulation and draw the 3D view. I used LTSpice to find I-V characteristic but the problem is there is no finfet symbol in LTSpice
From what plot can I get the value of threshold voltage, subthreshold slope, leakage current? Where can I change the lenght of gate, so that can show the best value of lenght gate for both planar and finfet?

Not a user of LTSpice, but I would suggest you get into the model of a mosfet and change the characteristics to match your device.

I'm not sure it's going to specify the length of the gate, it is more concerned with behaviour rather than physical characteristics.

Essentially, in LTSpice you make it a better mosfet and it will show it as a better mosfet.
