Pioneer TV Help (SD-P62A5-K)

Can anyone please help me with the repair of a Pioneer SD-P62A5-K big
screen TV?

The symptom is that standby power works OK (the power LED lights a
yellow color). When I press the power button, the power LED lights
green for 1 second and then reverts back to standby power (LED is
yellow). The picture screen remains dark always.

Is anyone familiar with this failure in the Pioneer TV? Is this
perhaps a fault in the power supply circuit board? If so, can you
please recommend which board or component needs to be replaced?
