This device is an LED volume level driver in an old Sharp model ST-31
AM, FM, LW tuner. Have searched right across the www for any data but
no luck. Anyone know the 'animal' and what pins are what? Its an 8pin
DIL. Any info appreciated... Thanks Pete in New Zealand

Google suggests that it's equivalent to TL489CP, for which the datasheet
is available at:
