Helo I am going to build piezo element contact microphone for my ukulele. I don't have a guitar amp so is it posible to use a 3.5mm female jack that could be pliged into a desktop speakers so that the speakers amplify the sound or whould it work only with guitar lead wire?
This are the steos that im going to use to build my mic.

Depends on the (presumably powered) speaker spec, but you'd probably need a pre-amp between mic and speaker. If the speaker is un-powered then you'd also need an amplifier.

I forgot to mention but I would build a pre-amp. The speakers i intend to use are logiteck S200 black. Would this combo work?

I'm sure it could be made to work. The Logitech has a mic input, so the pre-amp probably wouldn't need to be high gain.

If one face of the piezo disc is in contact with the uke, the other face ideally should be bonded to an inertial mass to maximise sensitivity. That might not be necessary, and of course would make the mic more prominent.

A piezo diaphragm does not have a very good response. The sound will be terrible. It will sound like a ukulele.

I never cared for the falsetto voice of Tiny Tim or his ukulele, but the (now deceased) fat Hawaiian singer, Israel Kamakawiwo'ole ("Iz"), performing Over the Rainbow accompanied by his playing of the ukulele was both moving and tolerable. You can see and hear the one and only first "official" recording for the Mountain Apple recording label here.
