    hi all,
I am learning the mentioned micro-controller and am trying to drive
two MOSFETS through IO pins of this chip( these mosfets act as switch
    to a simple motor circuit)
As far as i know, each IO pin of the uC can source 20mA of current(
pls correct me if 20mA is the TOTAL sourcing current). Assuming that,
I was driving 4leds(with series resistance of 1k) and two MOSFETs. But
the PIC was unable to drive the mosfets although the LEDs were
    glowing.

Can some1 plz help me out with this ?

    TIA

  2. Ankur,

MOSFETs are voltage driven. The required current is in the nanoampere range.
The required voltage highly depends on the properties of the MOSFET
    involved.
