Is it possible to program a pic to run a push button 18minute timer that plays a recording??? I will pay for working prototype and schematic.

Very fragmented and vague request, can you possibly think your idea over, compose the entire idea and write a better and more detailed description with all the requirements?

Do you want a pic to count down 18 minutes and simulate a push button?
Do you wan the pic to actually push a button?
Is the pic playing the recording or is another device?
When adjusting the time up or down is there indication of time left?

Please don't answer yes/no to the above, they are more so questions that should not have to be answered if there is a more detailed description to start with... They are there to point out that you description lacks any details...

Also what is your budget? You are asking for a prototype and schematic, do you plan to make more yourself? If so you will also need the source code on the pic and all combined it could get very costly for a designer to release his work to you... If you only need on of these devices for your own use, it's likely going to be exponentially cheaper to outsource... Once you asked for design rights the price skyrockets...
