I have just got hold of a philips PM3232 on the cheap. It came without a power supply. The power connection on the back in a din style plug. It is simply marked 24V with no indication of current requirements or pin connections (or even AC/DC).

I'm willing to build my own PSU, Ive got a 3Amp 240 to 24V torroid, which i guess will give about 30 rectified and a LM338T regulator, should i need it.

Any thoughts about how to work out what the connections are and how much current I'll need for this piece of kit?

Thanks Olivier, you're prob right although if so, I can't think how I missed it!

It did strike me as weird to use 24V external trafo when presumably 1000V+ is needed for the tubes...
