I am urgently need the circuit schematic of Philips multimeter PM2412A to repair, it doesn't
read current and ac voltage.

I don't have a schematic, but I have a suggestion.
Get inside of the meter, and look for the fuses.

If nobody can provide this info for you, you should be able to do it yourself.

1) get the specs on the device
2) go to digikey's web site and search for transistors with the same or similar specs.
3) See if these are available locally.
