    Have a 32pfl3606h/58 from philips,which when I plug him in turns on,and then off (1-2 sec) ...

The PSU board looks OK,no damaged caps,no damaged fuses ...

    Tryed to measure the 24V,12V,5V where I on 5V get 12V ...

    any advice

If that is truly the case and not due to a wrong measurement, the overvoltage on the 5 V line is likely to have burnt a few components in the meantime.

All seem OK,the PSU is single ...

Do I have to short somthing to get the PSU to work ???

    OK,after a remeasure there is 4.74V on 5V pin

    ENA - 50 mV
    DIM - 270 mV
    12V - 0V
    24V- 250 mV
    5V - 4.74V
    S/B - 0V

    Sir nobody . . . .

    Someone here !

Pls confirm that I am using the correct schematic for that rare duck . . . .

    Wherein . . . . circuit wise . . . . .

    The units 24V and 12 V cold supplies are derived from an IC902 / NCP1271 that drives a Q901 FQPF3N80C

The units +5V cold standby supply is derived from an IC901 / TNY274 that drives T902 transformer directly.

The inverter power supply is being a separate circuit .

If the above is correct, check and see if circuit associated C933/2200 [email protected] v or C934/47 ufd @50V havent gone "soft " on you. Expecting that 4.74 VDC SBY to rise on up.

    73's de Edd . . . . .

The reason that cream costs so much more than milk . . . . is because its more involved and expensive to train the cows to sit on those dern small bottles.
