We have two models of Personal Emergency Response Systems that we install for our clients. We use the Linear PERS-2400B and the Visonic Amber Select. We have recently encountered a problem. Many people are now getting fibre optic cable installed for their television, phone and Internet services. When a call goes out to the response centre they can answer and communicate with the client. However, the response centre cannot hang up at the end of the call. All we can do is power down the unit. Does anyone know of other models that do not have this issue?
