    Whats the best method for getting overlays for pcbs dark enough?

  2. With laser printed postive transparancies it really depends on the
    type of film you use. Some cheap overhead transparancies are crap,
    others work like magic. There are expensive ones designed for PCB work
    available, but I have not tried these.
    I often use a black permanent marker to touch up tracks that look a
    bit suspect.
    Another key is not over exposing either, it's better to slightly under
    expose in this case.

    Well just for the record, I was thinking of photo etch.
