PCB developers assistant software

I have a real serious problem with my PCB cad program.

First of all, there is NO support whatsoever....no return
emails....nothing. I've even tried different spellings, everything.
The guy is in Germany. I've sent a dozen emails.

I've owned the program for a dozen years and can't find my setup file.
I do have a couple of registration numbers in my records for what they
may be worth.

I have dozens of artwork files attached to this software, that I have
spent many hours on.

If anyone should see this post (at any time) and possibly have a
solution or a copy they could sell, I would appreciate it very much.
Any version will do (maybe), although mine is 2.2B....called PCB32
(pro, I think).

If anyone has any info on the company or can help me in any way, I'd
appreciate it.

There are download sites for the demo but you need a setup file to
work with a key.

All I did is copy the folder to a different HD in the same PC and now,
NOTHING. (That shouldn't corrupt it, but it did).

It's possible -- either that or he has a problem with me emailing him
more than "once".

That German attitude you know.

It's waldherr.com

I have some other things I may try -- I HAVE to get a copy somewhere.

(I'm half German so takes one to know one).

Please, if anyone ever sees this please get in touch.

I've done all the obvious.

All I can hope for is that a copy shows up on Ebay or something.....or
someone sees this post.

Ah, the joys of having your work product
in someone else's proprietary file format
--exacerbated by choosing a niche player.

If folks would find one of the biggies that could import
the format of the obscure player BEFORE plunking down their cash,
*that* could save some wailing and gnashing of teeth.

I commented on this paradigm before:

Compare and contrast:

In all fairness, in case someone searches -- Andreas managed to
contact me.

One thing is for sure, PCB developers assistant is an EXCELLENT (and
little known) program, very reasonably priced.

Better than anything out there for the money. FYI.

I see on their web site that they say they have had problems with
emails going missing and that you should email them again.

There is no date associated with this statement.
