Greetings.
I have a board with 25mm wide power tracks on both sides right over each
other and sharing the current (connected in parallel). I want to
calculate how much current I can put through this pair of conductors.
It is 2 Oz (70 uM) copper.
I have found tables for 2 Oz copper tracks but these tables are for one
track on one side, my case is different because heat is being generated
on both sides.
Can I assume that 2 Oz copper on both sides is roughly equivalent to 4
Oz copper on one side?
Has anyone current tables for 4 Oz copper PCBs?
Help appreciated.
