    Can anyone recommend a PCB house in the States that can accomplish a
    quick turn of a (fairly) tight clearance board?

    I'm working on a board with an Echelon power-line part. Passing
    Echelon's design review is part of my customer's requirements, but to do
    so I need to slavishly copy Echelon's layout. Echelon's layout
    features, among other things, 6 mil trace width and spacing.

    I had been planning on going with PCB Express which has been very good
    to friends of mine, but they cannot handle clearances less than 7 mil.

    So I need a house that can do the following things for me:

    * quick turn -- one week or less from email to FedEx would be good.
    * 4 layer.
    * 6 mil clearances.
    * Known good work.

    If you know anybody who's done this well please let me know, I'm in a
    bit of a bind here...

    These guys are very good: 2 mils resolution (we've only used them down
    to 5 ourselves), microvias, all that stuff. Quality is excellent.

    Actually, I replied twice. For some bizarre reason, the first (more
    wordy) reply doesn't show up on my computer at work (hence the second,
    terser one) but *does* show up at home! How many do you see, not
    counting this one?)

    Two. And now I know why you replied twice.

  7. You made the mistake of asking the question perfectly, which
    eliminated most of the incorrect and inappropriate responses you would
    otherwise have received.

    Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the company, but they are in Morgan County
    Utah,do pristine work, and are relatively inexpensive. Whether or not they can
    hold 6 mil traces, I really cannot remember, but they did some fairly small work
    for us a couple of years ago.

    Sorry I can't be of more help.
