PC lighting

Hey everyone, i'm doing some moding on my PC and one of the things i want to do is to have white leds light up when i open the side panel, if i need to add/remove some hardware.
Is there a switch that can work like that? when pressed it's off and when not pressed it's on.

Also i want those lights to light up even if the PC is off, so i'll need some other power source.
I was thinking about a laptop power adapter, to power all the LEDs i have in the PC.

any help would be welcome!

i'm from israel.
I think i've seen switches like that at work (computer tech) but think they work like that, i'll have to test it out with a AAA battery.

Lots of NO when depressed switches out there, just for this type of installation... Once you determine size and fitment you can narrow it down, especially easy if you have a print catalog from a larger supplier like digikey or mouser...
