Panels That Are LAN Attachable

I would like to replace my old dead Silent Knight alarm system with a
high function, home automation friendly panel like the DSC Power864 or
Napco P9600. I would also like to access the panel from any of my home
LAN attached windows PCs. Other than the DSC panels, I could not find
another mention of LAN attachment. If it were not for this, I would be
leaning to the P9600. Am I misinterpretting things? Which panels should
I be looking at?

I understand Homeseer has an excellent interface to several different alarm
products (Napco and Caddx both sell controls with heavy automation
integration). You can also have a look at the Elk "magic module". Check
out the manufacturer's links at http://www.alt-security-alarms.com (hit the
"suppliers" button)...
