Panasonic TV CT-27SX31E

I have Panasonic TV Model CT-27SX31E and it sometimes doesn't switch
on. I suspect it's the switch which's going bad. Can any suggest how
much it cost to get a new switch installed? Is it easy to fix?

If it doesn't switch on reliably with BOTH the switch on the TV and on the
remote control then the problem is NOT the switch. If it switches on OK
with the remote and not with the TV switch then the switch is probably bad.
