    Dear Members
I got above audio system and now it show F61 error once i switch on the system. according to operations manual it was a power supply issue, but when i search slimier issue on the internet its looks like D-amp issue. can some one help me to identify this issue please. also it is very difficult to find the service manual. if you have any idea, please share

    Thank you

Do you know how to use a multimeter or osciloscope if you have access to one?

Many such issues relate to dried-out capacitors - often identified by a 'bulge' in the top of the case of the capacitor - so a readily-identifiable issue. Post a picture of the insides and it may be easy to spot the problem.

Of course other problems may be present but we tend to go for the obvious first!

It should be in the service manual. If not try "".

If you have the skill to measure while the audio system is running (do this at your own risk), you need to check the output of the power supply and the amp. If the output is correct, than these 2 modules are ok.

    Sir sira . . . . .

Use this schematic with extreme caution . . . AS ITS POWER FLOW IS BEING FROM RIGHT TO LEFT . . . versus the norm of being
    left to right.
It's certainly posing no electrical hazard . . . but could certainly and totally mess up your mind.

Check out the unit and confirm if you have both the MAIN 10 VDC POWER and the 5VDC LOGIC POWER. IF NO PRESENCE, then
disconnect CN905 to drop loading of the power hungry audio section, to then see if those voltages come up.
That then clarifies if being a power supply problem or if, instead, being an experiencing of external overload upon the supply.

    CAVEAT . . . in addition to the units common E-cap filters and companion C753 . . . . . . .C711 and C713 could also kill or cause power limiting.

    . . . . . . . . . . .

When I was little, my grandfather used to make me stand in a closet for five minutes without moving.
He said it was being for elevator practice.
    ( But now . . . with all MY worldly experience . . . . what I really think . . . . . . was that he just needed a break. )

    Hello 73's de Edd
Thank you very much for your diagram. few weeks ago i remove the digital amp IC from the board and tested. same error. then i sold the IC Back .today.
    I notice below behavior today
when i disconnect earphone jack module from the board the system will switch on without any error, but no sound .. but i can hear sound.via earphone. think the sound for earphone come from preamp. then I disconnect the AMP power from the board but was able to hear sound so i think amp will not required for earphone .

. on the earphone and aux jack module the pin 1 and pin 3 get connect each other when no jack in the hole. but if the jack in the hole it will disconnect. this goes to microprocessor. i thnk amp IC is faulty it is R2A1 5124 IC .please let me have the main diagram if posible
    thank you

My stereo wasn't powering up and it turned out D753 had failed short circuit, killing 5V power. A quick and easy fix thanks to you posting the schematic. Many thanks.
