Panasonic PV-1560 VCR, need D-14 diode p/n

I need a replacement part number ( or ratings ) for a zener diode (
shorted ) in a Panasonic VCR model no. PV-1560, power supply VEPS 0162,
marked D-14 on the board.

It is an 18 volt 1 watt zener diode. It shorted because of a regulation
problem in the supply. It will short again when replaced unless this problem
is fixed. Probably bad capacitors. Considering the age, I recommend
replacing ALL the electrolytic capacitors on the secondary side, along with
the 4.7 uF or 10 uF on the primary side.
