PANASONIC NV-HD100A VCR

Hi All,
I have a Panasonic HD 100A VCR that has no Display. I have found a blown
transistor (Q1-701) on the display board and replaced that, all other
components surrounding that transistor are OK but I still have no display.
Without the circuit drwg I can't trace my way back to the power supply where
I suspect there may be a problem.
Does anyone have any ideas as where I should start to look to solve this
problem.
