P-Fets

Hey, folks:

Does anyone out there know where I can locate some
power P-FETS with a rating of 150 volts and perhaps
20 amps? I want to build an H-Bridge for bi-directional
motor control and parallel the MOSFETs for up to 80
amps. There are other schemes using IGFETs, but they
employ complex driving circuitry.

I have tried places like Digi-key to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.
