output pin produce not enough voltage

I'm use pic16F877A...my output pin connnect to relay circuit. When pic get the input relay still not operate..I check with multimeter on output pin it just produce 1 to 2 volt..please help me..

Your relay draws too much current. Insert a simple relay driver between relay and pic. Google relay driver to find tons of simple circuits. You don't need an IC, a transistor is enough.
Don't forget the freewheeling diode across the relay coil.

Actually I'm use a simple relay circuit consist diode,resistor and NPN transistor. When I not connect the relay circuit with PIC output pin and check the voltage still same.
