oticon streamer battery replacement

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Please advise of best alternatives otherwise.

I need to replace a rechargeable battery in my Oticon Streamer, possibly a world first. The device is used to stream Bluetooth communications from devices like mobile phones straight to hearing aids.

The battery is 2cm X 5.5cm X 3.5mm approx., and is marked 1.6Wh 3.7v . A code on the battery is C86018247969. The battery is connected via a molex plug to the micro board in the device.

I cannot find a replacement. Any ideas?

Thanks but Oticon only expensively service these. I need to replace the battery myself.

Do you have room for a battery of different dimensions? Slightly thicker batteries with a 3.7V 400mAh rating and fitted with a JST connector are advertised.

Can you get the manufacture name and it's part number from Oticon?
And maybe a place to buy it(without service).

Did you manage to replace the battery in your oticon streamer, as I too need to replace my battery.
Mine won't charge over 10%

Long time since you posted. Just ordered a battery today that matches in number and specs (Electronically and Physically) Amazon and use the specs 3.7 450 mWh and 442258 (that's the info on my old battery. One buyer cautioned to verify polarity of connectors so I will be doing that before plugging it in. Current price is $6.99

This is for a Streamer 1.4
