Optical Splitter

Hello!

I have 4 amplifies and intend to connect them using a TOSLINK optical cable.
However, I need to split the optical signal in 4. One for each amplifier.

I will try to use 3 optical splitters, that have 2 outputs each, connecting one to the Toslink, and the other 2 in each output of the first optical splitter.

Is it possible?

You know that you will only get a small fraction of the original light to each amplifier. Therefor I suggest trying your existing system pulling out the fiber to the amplifier to some degree to make sure that the amplifier is good for only a small amount of light. Plus I am assuming that the signal is only going in one direction.
