Can anyone explain in detail these concepts ? Or suggest me a weblinks ?

    Thanks in advance

Open collector/drain mean that these terminals come straight out of
the chip, with no other internal connections to resistors etc - you
must make your own arrangements for biassing them.

    hi,
    Could you mean "totempole structure"?
It's an often used output structure in logic chips.

Open collector/drain output: The output between open circuit (high
    state) to grounded (low state).

Totem Pole output: Output is pulled high for high state and pulled to
    ground for low state.
