Your question has no information in it. Do you want to design a chip, or a circuit, or what? AND - Why not just use the CA3280 or any of the other dozen or so OTA's on the market?

Also, it is bad form to hijack someone else's thread. Since this is a completely different topic, please start your own thread.

ak

thanks for d reply :D yh i want to design a circuit and yes i have seen many circuits like 3280,3080 & many other OTA ic's but its my project to design OTA which meets the specifiations(BW,GAIN,SLEW RATEand other ..) of market OTA ic's :/ with d ckt shown below am getting
BW(bandwidth)=1.419kHz
gain=63.9dB
vo=5.9V ...... i took IC 3280 as reference to compare
with d same inputs given to ic 3280 i got
BW(bandwidth)=89.37Hz
gain=39dB
vo=996V.........................Vin=10pk-pk & f=100kHz

yh i have designed one in multisim here is d ckt and its o/p & freqncy responses ..help me to get d values aproximately to ic values plzz Untitled.jpg op.jpg op1.jpg

ooops !! sry :D :) yh !!! now is der any ideas abt my projcet ??? @Old Steve
@balram , I chose not to reply again in the other thread. It's a hijacking.
So I guess you're effectively designing an operational transconductance amplifier chip for simulation.

Designing one to compare with a commercial one is beyond my ability, but perhaps reading some of the results from this search will help:-
https://www.google.com/search?q=ca3...operational+transconductance+amplifier+design

This might possibly bring you closer:-

Is this a project set by a training course?
