Gentlemen - I need some help.

About 6 weeks ago my Panasonic PT-47WX42F died. The set turned off and the power light on the front would blink three times.

With help from this forum I was able to determine that my IC chips had died. I bought replacement 150's to replace my 110's and the set worked wonderfully! Thanks to all on this board and other threads here that provided such helpful information.

But now <ahem> my set turned off again (3 weeks after ther repair) and now there is one blinking light - not three. I have no idea what has happened. I cannot find any information out there about just one blinking light.

    Any ideas?

same thing happened to our stereo. when i turn it on it stays on for a while and then shuts down completely, all lights turn off nothing blinks at all. worn components in the back not too sure what they were i think some of the IC's overheated or else a regulator went even brought it to local electrical maintenance person who fixes radios and he said the same thing wasnt worth fixing in the end!!! cost!!!!
