I have acquired the documentation from a defunct TV repair shop. It was from
a dear friend that gave up the business that he started when he was
discharged from the Navy in the 80's

This subscription documentation includes many 80's vintage perhaps early
90's VCR repair manuals. The HUGE ones (both the machines and the
documentation) from Magnavox, RCA and a bunch of micro fiche. These have
the sheets that fold out and cover the top of the bench.

I have no use for these. What should I do with them??? They take up too
much space and I hate to throw them out.

Any reason not to offer them on eBay? Perhaps in smaller lots than one? Are
they all VCRs - no laserdisc or CED players?

If eBay'ing them, try to pull out Beta video recorder
manuals in particular. No-one wants VHS service manuals
any more, but Beta ones should fetch good money.

Thanks for the tip. I was considering the EBay route. I would rather
prefer to trade them or give them away. I kinda find EBay selling a hassle
since it is not a regular thing I do or make a living off of it.

Thanks again Colin,

There are some places that will sell them for you on eBay but some are
choosy about what they take in. Also, do look at http://freecycle.org/ which
is a good place to offer stuff for free take away.
