Any help is appreciated. I got some inexpensive ntsc to rgb convertor boards
to convert and send dvd movie to gps screen on a customer's car. All is well
with system-except a flagging on upper right hand corner of screen. It looks
kinda like the corner of a page turned down. No other source can tell me what
i need to do to get rid of this.

-poor sycn
-voltage mismatch
-bad freq refresh

thanks

This looks like a horizontal sync problem. Cheap circuits often have poor sync
separators. Can also be a goofed up black level clamp design where the H-sync
chokes right after the long V-sync period.

Try to connect the display directly with very short wires and see if it persists.
Probably will. If it's any comfort I have just seen the same thing on a (probably
expensive) inflight movie system.

Anyway, you might have to redesign some of the card's circuitry or just obtain a
better one.
