ON semi has come up with an integrated version of the
IR now has an integrated controller operating on the same principal,
for redundant telecom negative bus control. This is one of the few
applications where the negative output terminal is not a ground
reference, removing the requirement for 'skyhook' power when driving
NMos.

Again, it's digital. Sigh......
RL
normally-off fet rectifier - useful in orring diode or synchronous
rectification applications, due to it's self-synchronizing characteristics.
