Noise of clock buffer?

I am trying to calculate the jitter of a clock buffer. The voltage
noise to jitter conversion is easy, but over what frequencies does one
integrate the device noise? If one goes to DC, the noise goes to
infinity. There must be some sort of filtering function for the device
noise as it swings through its operating points with the input signal,
but it is not immediately clear to me. Any help?

Thanks,

Note - I used to work at Wavecrest, so my opinion should be taken as
such - great company.

I wish is was that easy - real devices never work this way - ask people
who've built and tested them. At what temperature are you calculating
this - and how much thermal effect are you tossing in (we are not at
zero).
check out the wavecrest website, and maybe the tektronix one too.
