    Glad it's working. TBH, I wouldn't have thought to do that with an led. I do it with diodes though!!
    Even though the led is a diode too!
    Like Harold said "think outside the box". A lesson for us both.:)

    Hi Rock18,
    That switch looks like a spider with twisted legs..(A 6 legged spider).
    Try and neaten it up a little with soldered joints or a bread board.
    Great job by the way.

    Lool it does look like a spider.. But naa, this was just the test, the actual circuitry will be hidden, and only the button will be visible. Thanks again for the help @Martaine2005
